An exciting opportunity has presented itself to work within our cards lending unit our Customers from Ulster Bank in the republic of Ireland. You will be based at the Natwest site in Southend

The role will primarily involve obtaining documents from customers via email and updating notes on the in-house databases, liaison via the telephone internally and externally to verify & support business needs. Additional to this you will be required to support the unit with ad hoc duties.

Ideally you have previously used the Tsys system, although not essential. Moreover, you will have previous Admin/Customer service experience within an office/banking environment, good communication skills and excellent attention to details. Must be able to hit the ground running and have the ability to work effectively & methodically.

This role is for a 28hr week between Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm (exact times to be negotiated. Initially a 3 month contract but could be extended or an opportunity to move to another department could follow on.
