Mobile on site Consultant full time (37.5 hours) plus full Manpower benefits. Temp

Manpower UK has a excellent opportunity for an Mobile On site Consultant to join an operation working for one of our prestigious clients.

You will be required to deliver excellent and effective operational service to both field staff and our client by effective deployment of our internal processes over Accrington and Blackburn. Working to agreed targets, the successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and dynamic with a commitment to providing a quality service. You will need to have outstanding organisation skills and a proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with the company's values and standards.

Job Role

  • Maintain regular contact with Centre Managers and Team Managers and attending regular meetings.
  • Recruitment delivery, ensuring the fulfilment of orders placed by the client (volume recruitment)
  • Address issues that arise and ensure that they are handled quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure HR processes are adhered to and relevant documentation is completed
  • Working to ensure that the agreed Service Level Agreements are achieved
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with staff


About You:
● As our Onsite HR Consultant, you will ideally have some recruitment experience, either agency- or client-side, as a recruiter in a fast-paced, commercial environment OR
● You will have experience as either a Call Centre Manager or Team Leader or Contact Centre Advisor with man-management duties
● You will have outstanding attention to detail with strong organisational skills
● Some experience of HR Process / Legislative Awareness
● You should be a strong team player
● You should be flexible and able to travel / drive

This role is Monday to Friday working 37.h hours a week between 0900 to 1730 flexibility is required to work additional or altered hours to support the service in case of escalations.
