I am currently working with another department within Manpower, who are currently looking for schedulers. The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Plan & maintain service engineer's workload in a logical manner to achieve a timely response in line with our Customer Service Level Agreements and support the Area Productivity Targets.
  • All priority calls are to be scheduled quickly and effectively in order to achieve our client's strict SLA.
  • Emails in relation to priority calls are to be responded to in an appropriate time frame.
  • Housekeeping is to be kept in good order in accordance with the Scheduling Document.
  • To ensure all customers receive an updated ETA if their service call will fall outside of their SLA.
  • To promote good customer service both in your telephone manner and in keeping customers informed of their active service call.
  • Also to ensure all RTF's are responded to within 5 working days.
  • Part escalations must be chased with the APS and monitored daily to ensure the call is closed within an appropriate time frame.
  • To be an active team member and ensure flexibility in all regions in relation to Scheduling.
  • To assist the Customer Escalation Team on all occasions providing them with the most accurate information possible
