Call Handler X 3

3 X Call handlers needed for temporary contract with immediate start, this contract is expected to run until the end of January 2019 then will be reviewed. The working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 until 17.30 and the hourly rate is £9.32, successful applicants will need to pass security and vetting screening and supply us with 5 years of work history for referencing.

Duties will include, taking inbound calls only from clients that have been asked to supply additional information to have monies due to them refunded or they may have received a cheque and have queries regarding it. All notes from all calls must be recorded on the system so some IT skills are necessary. the successful applicants will have excellent customer service skills, have a calm and understanding manner and be a team player to fit into this small team, previous call centre experience would also be an advantage
