Salary £19,500

We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to work in my clients call centre based at Aztec West in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a rapidly growing team.

The successful candidates will have previous call centre experience and be used to taking high call volumes. This role will be a mixture of inbound and outbound calls along with administration.

This is a 24 hour service and you will be dealing with any calls that would be related to lease vehicles. This could be incident reports, breakdowns, fault findings, car deliveries, pick ups…… no 2 calls are the same so this role is really varied and interesting

Hours of work would be shifts between 6.15am and 9.30pm 5 days per week (Inc weekends) shifts on rota. You will also be expected to work on Bank Holidays and will get a £60 bonus for working on that day.

Ideal Candidate will have

• Previous call handling experience
• Strong admin skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent telephone manner

My client's office is open planned and has a cafeteria on site. Also there are coffee shops within walking distance
