Customer Service Support Coordinator
Our client, a leading energy provider in the UK is currently looking for a team of people to work as Support Coordinators in their Developer New Connections Team. You will be responsible for delivering clean touch points throughout Developer New Connections' journey to ensure accurate and timely billing for both Developers and New Customers.
You will work closely with field account managers and front office coordinators to manage debt, maintain strong relationships with developers and identify opportunities to add value.
Location: Coventry, Westwood Business Park, Coventry CV4 8LG
Hours: Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm
Pay rate: £9.15 per hour with the opportunity to progress
Length of assignment: 6 months with the potential to extend
Holiday entitlement: 28 days pro rata increasing to 34 days after 12 qualifying weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritising work as necessary each day to manage overall workloads in line with SLAs
- Complete efficient and compliant registration of a Developers Building Site and plots
- Timely handover of an individual property from the Developer to the New Homeowner.
- Handle inbound demand from customers moving into developer properties.
- Identify opportunities to add value to both customer and business.
- Complete all required checks, to ensure accounts are live and billable.
- Chase and collect aged outstanding debt from final and quarterly bills sent to developers.
- Ensure all work is delivered compliant to agreed standards
- Follow operational excellence framework and customer guides
- Internal and external stakeholder management with FAMs, Developers, customers, meter operators, distribution companies
- Identifying process improvements for both the customer and E.ON
- Ensure all bills produced are correct and collectable
- Ensure produced bills are valid and collectable
- Proactively track/monitor metering installation to reduce crossed meters

- Ability to challenge practise, process and procedures and contribute to identifying solutions
