Manpower is recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client located in Soham. The role is Permanent, and based within the Energy Sector.

Working within our busy Administration Team at our Soham office, you will be responsible for booking installation appointments, liaising with customers, ordering materials, scheduling deliveries and processing paperwork. This role is office based and much of it entails you assisting the Installation Manager in ensuring installations remain on time and in budget. You will have efficiency targets in place once your training has been completed regarding the quality of your customer communication and the accuracy of your work. Ongoing training and support is provided.

This role can suit those used to working within the construction or customer service trade, working with numbers (accounting roles) and document proof/checking (insurance background for example).

You should have worked previously in a busy office environment where you can demonstrate you have managed your time effectively, been highly organised, able to prioritise your workload and work within a team and under your own initiative.

Qualifications:

Administrative Qualifications such as NVQ/HNC/HND preferred but not essential.
