An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue chip FMCG company, is currently seeking an e-Commerce Content Specialist based in Leatherhead, Surrey, with ideally 1 day per week at Blackfriars, London. This is a full-time, temporary role for a period of 6 months, Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (standard hours), to start ASAP. The role is paying up to £37,050 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
This role is suited to a content or shopper marketing lead or an account manager with 2+ years' experience across a retailer, ecommerce business or agency.

They will have demonstrable experience in:
Content: experience/appreciation of the creative content process and importance of deployment of digital assets with at least 2 years of relevant work experience overseeing or delivering this
Digital tech: asset or content platform experience, with at least 2 years' experience using an asset management system.
Strong analytical competency: able to perform analysis and reach sound conclusions regarding the use of assets against a set goal.
Exceptional project delivery management: Strong time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- In line with the company's Ecommerce standards, monitor and ensure the brands across Beauty and Personal Care meet product asset benchmarks - 7 Omni-channel assets (7OA) and Perfect Store Online (PSO)
- Conduct retailer audits, identifying product asset gaps AND opportunities, creating clear action plan covering asset creation plans for brands to agree/invest and deliver and deployment plans to ensure these are deployed onto retailer/brand.com sites for each sub category (Skin, Hair, Deos, Gifting)
- Create best practice template to be used by brands to brief studio for asset creation
- Complete brief and gain brand team approval. Manage brand teams to brief in USTUDIO - in cases, lead this process depending on priority.
- Track and update on asset deployment, ensuring content is live on retailer/brand.com sites and escalate any risks (and successes!) monthly
- Track competitor innovation/use of assets (across retailer sites, DTC, brand.com product pages and social) and share industry best practice with recommendations for improvements on owned brand and product assets
- Ensure BAU process is followed for consistency in labelling on asset management system
- Partner with UK Ecomm Team to report impact product assets are having on sales (turnover by each sub category) and what needs to be optimised
- Ensure brand.com product pages are optimised in line with best practice, monitoring traffic through to conversion (buy it now) button
- Collaborate closely with technical, business teams as well as external vendors and agencies to ensure assets are deployed and performance data is quickly collated and accessible and shared
