Manpower are working alongside a new to market Financial Services Client who want to give those with an impaired credit profile the green light to enable them to walk on to a dealer's forecourt with confidence, helping them get behind the wheel in no time!

In your new role you will work within a vibrant and friendly Sales team. You will assess customer loan applications via an Income and Expenditure calculator, collate Proofs of I.D / Address / Income, and liaise with both the customer and Dealership from initial contact through to completion of the Loan process.

Job Purpose:

Contacts approved customers and progresses applications to completion. Obtains and assesses all required proofs to support the application. Provides a full quotation and explanation of services as well as assessing the customer's intent and ability to repay through the use of an Income & expenditure calculator. Uses both Audio and Video Call functionality to guide the customer through the regulated documentation and ensure they have a full understanding of the agreement.

*Completes formal quotation with customers confirming they are happy to progress
*Discusses and gains agreement from customers on PRS device
*Review income and expenditure information to assess the customers' ability and intent to repay
*Establishes and obtains individual customer proof requirements
*Loads all proofs received to the Dealmaker system and fully review to ensure they accurately support the application and are compliant
*Completes Video Calls with customers to detail the offer of credit, SECCI and HPA ensuring each element is explained
*Gains customers confirmation that they have a full understanding of all documents and requirements and are happy to proceed
*Ensures all documents/proofs are accurately attached to proposal in order for Delivery pack to be completed
*Acts as a point of contact at all times to both Customer and Dealer to ensure customer is fully aware of each step of the process and is kept informed throughout
*Communicates in an appropriate way with colleagues and customers demonstrating a full understanding of the recipient's needs
* Makes suggestions for ways to improve own and business performance
*Accepts and uses constructive feedback to improve own performance
* Contributes to meetings and discussions i.e. 121s, team meetings, Employee forum
*Ensures agreed objectives and targets are achieved in a way that is consistent with our clients culture, values and behaviours
* Looks to develop own skills and knowledge of the business and understands how departments across the business work and link as part of the business model in order to support customers and colleagues
* Makes quality decisions within the framework of the role and has the customer at the forefront of the decision making process

You will complete comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills required to become a competent member of their team! Ongoing training a development will be rewarded with incremental salary increases which over a 2 year period should see you achieve a basic salary of £22,000 PLUS an achievable monthly bonus of £400.

This is a full time role working the following 2 week Rota:

3 out of 4 Saturdays (9-5pm or 10-6pm) Rota day to be given in the week. 1 in 6 Sundays
