• £12.40 per hour (PAYE) - Temp role but aim would be to convert to permanent contract after 3 months

Based at the Birmingham Business Park, the Sales Support Executive is a pivotal role in enabling the Sales function to perform at the optimum levels. The role holder will be primarily responsible for telemarketing and prospect data cleansing, as well as supporting the sales office in order that Business Development Directors are organised and prepared to maximise all sales, bid and lead activity.

The role holder is the first point of contact for the customers contacting the Sales Office and is responsible for dealing with all enquires in a professional and friendly manner, answering queries, providing information and/or distributing request to the most appropriate person.

Your duties will include:

• Undertakes desk research in to customer/industry specific areas and produces customer insight.
• Ensures compliance with Salesforce data integrity and forecasting accuracy.
• Answers phone calls from prospective customers and deal with opportunities and problems as they arise. Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Compiles proposals and collates other important information as requested.
• Organises and manages customer visits, arranging logistics for the day and ensuring smooth execution
• Supports the Sales Director with specific projects and reporting.
• Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
