Customer Service

Manpower's client is one of the most well-known household brands based within the logistics industry.

Due to growth they are currently recruiting for a Customer Service staff to work in their International Offices in Coventry. For this role you must be able to get to Middlemarch Business Park. The core of this role is customer service taking inbound calls from members of the public with general queries in regards to their delivery; you must have customer service experience and happy working within a busy environment. You will also have previous experience in working on Microsoft products and email communication.

In return you will be offered 1 pay increases within 28 weeks and flexible working hours.

The shift pattern is: 0730 - 1545 0915 - 1730 Rotating on a weekly basis and no need to work weekends!
