The ideal candidate would be comfortable using grassroots marketing techniques, social media, and his own personal and professional network to generate sales, both online and offline within e-commerce websites and for IT and Consumer Electronics Products.
Core skills and experience necessary for the Sales Executive role:
* At least 1 year experience in sales, ideally telesales
* Proven record of success in direct sales, including a demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online marketing, including social media outreach
* CRM proficiency experience a plus
* High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach
* Sales training is preferred
* Full, clean driving licence
* Excellent telephone manner is essential
* Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
* Excellent communication skills and is able to build effective long term relationships.
* Is able to develop positive business relationships and to 'close' a sale
* Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
Goals may include but are not limited to:
* Win new business by generating new leads and business relationships
* Target marketing, prospecting & proactive enquiry generation
* Meet and/or exceed individual and team sales targets
* Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers and parties throughout the sales process
* Develop appropriate relationships with customers and find new and innovative ways to continually enhance the customers preference to buy from Eurieka rather than from any other source.
* Participate in potential weekly and/or monthly training opportunities and professional development
* Network locally and across the country
* Participate in grassroots marketing, utilise online resources and social media to promote company and product awareness and develop opportunities
* Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with role
