Trainer

We are looking for a Trainer/ Coordinator, to work with a business who are going through a business transformation.

This role will deliver training. One to one and in group sessions, for employees in their region. This will primarily consist of systems and admin training for new people, delivering group and 1 to 1 Induction sessions, and training Technicians in the use of mobile devices. However, due to the nature of the project this is not likely to be an exhaustive list of their responsibilities.

There will be some training design, adding to existing training materials, and coordinating training for specialist roles as they are recruited into the business

In the first 6 weeks Trainers will be working in the Hampshire HO, in order to immerse themselves in the systems and processes and document these where appropriate. They will also develop the training plan and relevant materials to support the training roll out in their region (all costs will be covered by the business ahead of travel/stay)

Attention to detail

• High degree of accuracy
• Well planned and organised
• Comfortable talking to groups of people
• Experience with work processes and work flows
• Experience of assessing accuracy and feeding back observations
• Delivered coaching or training either 1 to 1 or in groups
• Developed simple training plans for other people
• Experienced user of MS Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Call centre supervisory experience would be beneficial
