Picker

Manpower is currently recruiting for pickers in Glasgow. You will be picking food and drink items in a busy warehouse.

About you

Strong communication skills are essential and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to prioritise under pressure and work on your own initiative

If you consider yourself fit to carry out warehouse duties (previous warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential) and able to follow instructions in a fast paced work environment.

Duties

Picking goods from a picker list

Wrapping goods for delivery

Loading vehicles for local deliveries

Preparing parcels for carriers to collect

Unloading our own vehicles

Unpacking and checking deliveries from suppliers

Reporting to the office with or for paperwork

General cleaning and tidying duties in and around the warehouse areas

This is a full time role based in Glasgow.

Shifts are Tuesday to Saturday 0700 to 1700

This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent after 13 weeks for the correct candidates.
