Contracts Manager - Belfast
£30K - £40K + OTE quarterly and annual!
Job Purpose:
To manage a team of contract consultants in order to achieve agreed GP targets by developing business within the contract, and introducing different aspects of the Manpower Groups services to the client. Supporting the team to effectively manage field staff issues and ensure the effective fulfilment of orders received.
Key measures
Achievement of agreed GP targets and growth of contract.
Strength of client relationships
Team activity targets including, number of client service and sales visits made, achievement of agreed client SLA's.
Superior
Jobholder to meet once a month with Regional Manager to review progress against objectives and future requirements.
Other Departments
Working with and through other internal departments to deliver objectives. In particular, developing relationships with Central Sales, Credit Control, Marketing, Training and Human Resources.
Principle Accountability's
Accountability for the overall smooth running of the contract and developing a strong relationship with key client contacts.
Working with the team to plan sales activity by identifying areas in which business levels can be increased, and identifying new opportunities within the client for Manpower or other members of the Group.
Supporting the team to carry out regular planned meetings with the client to establish additional needs and introduce solutions.
Ensuring that the client is updated on changes in the business or the wider environment, which will effect the management of their account.
Establishing a goal for achieving growth within the client and monitoring trends and activity levels.
Working with the team to ensure that agreed SLA's are achieved
Negotiating prices within the frame of Manpower's pricing policy
Supporting the team to manage local recruitment campaigns to ensure the supply of suitable candidates to fill outstanding vacancies
Ensuring that field staff issues are managed effectively
Ensuring that all aspects of the contract comply with Manpower's quality standards
Focusing on ways in which Manpower can achieve a high level of integration with the customer
Carrying out regular reviews with key client contacts in order to gain feedback on the service they are receiving from Manpower in line with the Company's quality standard, taking corrective action as necessary.
Ensuring that all activity complies with all Company policies, procedures and legal requirements including health and safety and employment legislation.
Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with Manpower's values and standards
Other adhoc duties and project work as required
