As Service and Parts Advisor, you’ll provide our customers with a warm welcome as you act as the link between the customer and the workshop.

Making exceptional service your mission, you’ll arrange bookings, plan customer arrival times, carry out road tests, and work closely with the workshop to ensure the customer is always kept informed. You’ll also help and advice customers who want to purchase or return parts for their vehicle, such as wheels, tyres and air conditioning systems. Passionate about our products, you’ll be constantly on the look-out to promote sales of accessories, parts and new vehicles as you interact with our customers.

Self-confident and courteous, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced environment. You may already know a thing or two about vehicle parts and servicing. Or you might have some experience in a customer service or administration role. Either way, you’ll use your proven organisational and prioritisation skills to go the extra mile to help our customers. You won’t hesitate to take the initiative and accept ownership of issues, and you’ll be passionate about keeping up to date with new products and services. A full UK driving licence will be essential; Motorbike licence is not essential but would be advantageous.
