We are currently hiring a French Customer Relationship Manager to work in the financial sector of an American multinational IT company based in Leixlip, just outside of Dublin. The CRM will primarily manage customer relationships, monitor metrics and drive resolution of all customer queries.
What you will do:
- Implement and manage e2e Customer solution design
- Seek for opportunities to grow the business
- Deliver customer experience
- Provide solutions to complex customer operational issues
- Support total customer experience, i.e. ensuring up to date contacts are maintained within internal systems
- Display sound judgement, prompt follow-up and timely escalations
- Proactive interaction and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
What you need:
- University degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
- Typically 4-10 years of related experience, preferably in leasing, sales, financial services and customer service
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation); fluency in English and French
- Leadership capabilities and excellence in customer service
- Consulting, negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
