HR Business Partner
A HR Business Partner position within a foremost global manufacturer of bespoke machinery has become available. My client is seeking a qualified HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations and to ensure full alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess vast experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior management to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and company culture.
The Responsibilities:
Facilitating the division strategy, ensuring the implementation of HR standards, comply with current UK employment law, HR policies, and processes in their area of responsibilityAdvising and guiding management on HR related topicsRecruitment and retention of associates in the area of responsibilityCarrying out the potential reviews in their area of responsibility on the basis of comprehensive knowledge of the individual(s)Governance of remuneration development in their area of responsibility (keeping to budgets and remuneration principles, control / approval of individual pay rises)Supporting the competence management process in their area of responsibility (consultation for executives) including identifying training and development activitiesImplementation of measures for organisational development in their area of responsibility: consultation and support for organisational changesAdministration of HR activities such as preparing HR documents, maintaining personnel records, updating HR databasesCooperation of external payroll provider on a regular basisRevising and maintaining HR policiesCovering 3 locations in the UK; Bristol, Derby and Liverpool
The Requirements:
5-10 years experienceEducated to a degree levelCIPD Level 7Good knowledge of UK labour lawTo have previous generalist experience within a multi-national organisation, with a good understanding of HR processesProject and process orientated mind set, with an analytical approachStrategic planning capabilityAble to travel to Derby and Liverpool on a regular basisStrong communicator across all levels of the organisation and with external contactsGerman language skills advantageous but not essential
The Package:
£40,000-£45,000+ OTEMonday - Friday, 39 Hours Per Week25 days + Public Holidays (33 Days Total) (28 days after completing 5 years' service)3% Pension ContributionLife Assurance: 7 Times of Annual Salary, Plus Income ProtectionGenerous Flexiday + Flexitime SchemePermanent Position
