An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading Food Organisation. Upfield is currently seeking Digital Assistant Brand Manager X 2 at Leatherhead (moving to Wimbledon later in the year) . This is a full-time, temporary role for a period of 6 months, Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week, to start ASAP. The role is paying between £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Main Job Purpose:
This role is critical in supporting marketing activity on the Flora/Flora Pro.Activ brand in the UK & Ireland and will be responsible for assisting to land the 2019 plan in a way that generates mass excitement for the Flora brand. Within this role the successful candidate will develop an in-depth understanding of brand building including media planning and execution, launching exciting and innovative new NPD, pricing and promotion planning, competitor analysis, shopper insight and in-store execution, distribution improvement and P&L delivery.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Help drive successful launch of improved core products and NPD in store with strong distribution
- Support successful through-the-line media campaigns
- Management of social media channels, driving positive brand engagement in alignment to the overall Digital Marketing plan
- Planning and implementation of website updates
- Help drive ongoing optimization of the promotional competitiveness of Flora
- Champion continued understanding of shopper habits and insights to deliver competitive instore and ecommerce activities
- Performance reporting
- Work within and lead cross-functional project teams, as well as working closely with Business Operations to ensure alignment and consistency in go-to-market strategy

Key Skills/Experience Required:
- This position requires demonstrated performance in the required marketing skills and Unilever competencies. As a reference point, the following are guidelines:
- 2+ years marketing experience, preferably in FMCG industry and foods business
- Demonstrated high performance in project management
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Creative and passionate about consumers
- Website management & SEO knowledge or experience highly beneficial
