Account Protection Specialist

Manpower is currently recruiting for an Account Protection Specialist on behalf of our client, American Express, on an ongoing contract to start as soon as possible. No experience necessary for this role, just great customer service and administration skills required!

Key Responsibilities:

- Minimise fraud loss exposure for Amex through identification of American Express accounts that were obtained through fraudulent applications that are either pre or post approved; and American Express Accounts that have been taken over by fraudsters.

- Investigation of 'identity theft' fraud cases and ensuring protection of genuine new accounts and credit departments.

- Address compliance or resource performance issues through line manager.

- Responsible for ensuring company compliance.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Flexibility and decisiveness

- Strong team player

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to deal with sensitive issues/ complaints is essential

- Ability to work alone when appropriate and meet deadlines on assigned projects/tasks

There would be a training period of 3 weeks for 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, then 2 or 3 weeks of M-F 8am-4pm with support, then you will move onto the below shift pattern:

Monday 12-8pm

Tuesday 8am-4pm

Wednesday 8am-4pm

Thursday 12-8pm

Friday Off

Saturday Off

Sunday 9am-5pm
