Business Analyst
Our leading IT Client has a new vacancy for a Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will work with the account management team to deliver focused Management Information and will use this data to identify and lead projects to deliver business enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with internal delivery and stakeholders - both external and internal - to research and elicit, analyse, validate and document business data and analytics to provide to the account trending and information to then lead and drive projects to improve delivery
- Utilise current tools and build new analytics that enhance capability to drive efficiencies and enhancements through process improvements, cost savings, utilising sigma methodologies and continuous improvement
- Provide day to day analytics to management and play an active role in working with leadership to support and drive tactical and strategy improvements
- Work with the management team to ensure the delivery strategy is executed and service improvement is occurring at the core of our business
Essential Skills:
- Ability to understand the service, quality, cost, and end-user/client satisfaction implications of operational decisions
- Proven understanding of data analysis, and tools used within this arena
- Must be familiar with the following tools:
- MS Office Toolset
- Visio
- Project
- Experience creating client/ customer facing documentation
Personal Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, such as the ability to know how and when to use weighted averages and standard deviations
- Knowledge of Service Operations in an ITIL environment
- Understanding of contact management, incident management and request fulfilment
The successful candidate must hold or be able to obtain SC clearance.
