Job Propose:

To carry out scheduled servicing, MOTs and maintenance of the Commercial Vehicle fleet based at our clients location in a professional and competent manner and to DVSA standards.

Accountability:

• To carry out servicing, MOTs and repairs on the CV fleet.
• To ensure that all relevant Inspection/service, jobcards and defect documentation is filled in correctly and signed off accordingly.
• To adhere to health and safety measures on site
• To take ownership of personal development seeking assistance and guidance from team leaders
• To ensure that work area is kept clean and tidy at all times
• To account for own time, to be proactive and efficient when working within the workshop.
• To work as part of the team and assist others where required

• Delivery of an efficient CV maintenance operation within agreed budgets
• Vehicles repaired to schedule and legally compliant
• To agreed standards
• Stakeholder feedback
• Mot Scores
• Vehicle downtime
• OCRS scores
• Roadside encounters (DVSA)
• Clean and Efficient workshop operation

Qualifications:

Essential

City and Guilds 1, 2, 3 Vehicle technician or equivalent qualification

LGV C+E driving licence

Desirable

Good interpersonal and IT skills

DCPC Card

Experience: (essential)

A proven background in transport commercial vehicle repairs

• Maintenance providers,
