Stores Person

We are currently looking for a Stores/Driver Operative to work within our Folkestone client. Must drive.

Duties will include:

Ensuring that all delivery requests for stores/infrastructure from security are collected from the security barrier with minimum delay and returned back to security in a timely manner.

Assisting the stores technicians with
- Escorting deliveries
- Issuing parts
- Receipt activities
- Unloading
- Administrative
- follow up quarantined parts
- shelf life date of storage
- assisting with the storage of items in compliance with the bin locations, the volume and storage conditions.
- assists with the preparation and delivery of parts to be repaired (through external carrier)


The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years in a Stores Industry and knowledge of computer systems IMS/SAP (training will be provided) and a forklift licence would be an advantage.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.30pm + on call rota paid at a supplement.

This is initially for a 5 month contract.
