A fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding, technology solutions business in the Highlands. Working in a customer support role, providing excellent customer service and helpdesk support to business customers, we are looking for applicants with strong customer service and strong IT literacy to respond to calls and emails.

Role responsibilities:
* Answer calls and respond to emails from business customers with professionalism
* Provide excellent customer service, by telephone, email or social media
* Update customer details
* Provide customers with product and service support
* Assist customers with enquiries by following set procedures
* Provide basic IT support
* Route enquiries to appropriate teams and assist in resolving customers problems
* Record and document appropriate information and update call logs

Person Specification:
* Good problem solving abilities
* Strong Listening skills
* Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
* IT literacy


Experience
* Customer service experience
* Call handling from contact centre experience is beneficial
