Service & Repair Engineer required to work as part of a close-knit team, carrying out warranty and non-warranty repairs on all hardware sold by the company, to an exceptional standard.
Working within the parameters of departmental SLA's and contractual warranty obligations our team of repair technicians will carry out diagnostics and repair works on a range of Epos, Self-service, Tablet and digital signage hardware.

- Understanding of supply chain and supplier contracts
- Ability to read circuit diagrams

- Able to resolve simple problems referring more complex problems to the relevant manage
- Can use the telephone effectively
- Communicates externally and internally in an appropriate and timely manner in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Good time management
- Able to prioritise workload and meet customer SLA's, seeking guidance when necessary
- Able to provide constructive feedback to management as necessary
- Can work positively and effectively in a changing environment
- Accurate keyboard skills
Essential
Educated to GCSE grades A-C (including English Language)
At least 3 years' workshop experience
Excellent IT skills
Knowledge of Retail
Desirable
Customer Service experience
ONC or HNC
The role would suit someone who has an electrical engineering / repairs background, ideally knowledge of EPoS systems would be advantageous although if you can read circuit diagrams then you will be trained into the electronic devices. This is a full time and permanent position with a salary of £19,000 - £21,500 dependant on experience. Excellent career progression is available and you will receive 25 days holiday which will increase with service and many other benefits!
