We are currently hiring a Spanish-speaking Quality Analyst for a multinational Fortune 500 tech outsourcing company based in Dublin 3. With over 260,000 employees worldwide, this is an amazing opportunity to get an insight into some well-known companies in the industry.
Your role will involve analysing the quality of work of digital marketing optimizers for a well-known and well-loved client.
What you will be doing:
- Auditing support analyst interactions & deliver insights to continuously improve and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Aggregate audit findings from all analysts and analyse gaps in processes
- Identify innovative ways to solve problems upstream
- Help improve customer experience and drive higher efficiency
- Supporting bugs and invoicing
What you need:
- Experience in a Quality Auditor role
- Experience in a digital marketing optimisation role (Google Adwords, campaign management...)
- Concepts of six sigma or similar quality management standards
- Email & chat support experience
- Experience working in and with a global organisation
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- The ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
- To be client focused and solutions oriented - Good problem solving and analytical skills
- The ability to use judgement to help analysts apply the most appropriate solution for complex client situations
- Excellent teamwork skills - this role involves working with cross functional teams
