Customer Liaison Officer / Driver

Our client, based in Enfield, is currently looking for a customer liaison officer to join their team. This is a full time permanent position.

The Role

As a Customer Liaison Officer, your main responsibility will be providing an effective and efficient mobile welfare service to clients. You will be acting as a liaison between the company provider and the customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing welfare information, hot drinks and food packs
  • Delivery of various welfare services and other requirements as and when needed

- Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for maintenance of stock, vehicle and associated equipment

Salary: £18,278 - £20,202 per annum, plus bonus and benefits

Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week - 3 days on, 3 days off - shift between the hours of 6am-7pm

Key Attributes & Responsibilities

The Customer Liaison Officer role would suit a person who can communicate face to face with the community and provide high customer service. You will be able to liaise in a professional manner with the client on the ground and using IT devices. Persons must be caring and self-motivated and able to work flexible hours.

The successful applicant will need to have the following requirements:

  • A clean and full UK driving licence
  • A positive flexible attitude and able to do overtime
  • Self-motivated and able to work with others
  • Must be a good communicator

- Comfortable driving a long wheel based van
