Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager required ASAP! The role is based near Didcot with a salary of £32,000- £35,000 dependant on experience. Working hours of 8am - 4pm / 9am-5pm and there will be some on call required at set times.

• PPM (Planned preventive maintenance)

* Candidates should have strong financial and commercial acumen and a good track record of delivering results
* Must possess a strong, 'hands-on' management style & have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader
* Must be capable of delivering brand standards, quality standards, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, health and safety management and loyalty recognition.
* Excellent Guest Relations exposure & experience
* A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within an operation
* Good skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the business
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management
* Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & possess the drive to constantly deliver top-class customer service
