IT Incident Coordinator - 1 month contract!

If you are a fresh IT graduate or an IT professional with a gap in your career, we have a 1 month job for you to help in process of merging two Enterprises IT infrastructure in Ballybrit, Galway.

What will be your tasks?
-Monitor ticket elevations, quantify impact and assess the priority of the tickets.
-Monitor the application lifecycle dashboards, and change management dashboards, to ensure the spin-merge schedule.
-Work with the implementation teams to ensure the right resources are available to complete tasks.
-Help your team leader track IT issues and scheduling issues

Who are we looking for?
-IT graduate eager to get their first job
-IT professional with some experience in Service desk/Helpdesk environment
-Team player

What can you expect?
-1 month contract
-Salary €25,000 per annum
-Shift pattern 4 days on and 4 days off - 06.30 to 16.30
-Monday - Sunday Coverage
