You will be joining our national client providing all round customer service.

Key duties

Customer service over the phone, in writing (letters and emails)

Handling social media platform

Promoting websites to customers to increase web usage

Building great rapport with internal and external customers

Handling customer complaints effectively

Achieving the call answering performance and abandoned calls targets

Accurately record all data on CRM database

Assisting colleagues with day to day administration tasks
