On-Site Consultant

Manpower are currently recruiting for an On-Site Consultant supporting one of our award winning flagship accounts, this position is based in Nottingham with potential travel to surrounding areas.

This exciting role requires an individual with strong customer service skills as well as experience within people and process management, you will be responsible for the development and HR management of Manpower staff based on our clients sites. The successful applicant will be based on-site full time, supporting Manpower staff to achieve the best they can.

This role is an exciting position with a varied workload, which requires someone who is confident and passionate in the service we are delivering to our client.

The On-site consultant role will include all HR aspects of managing staff, whilst supporting Manpower staff throughout their assignment to perform within their role to the best of their ability.

Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm (flexibility required depending on business need).

Pay Rate - £10 - £11 per hour dependant on experience

Location - Nottingham City Centre with some travel to surrounding sites in Nottingham

Key skills for this position are as follows:-

• Demonstrable experience of process management
• Basic knowledge of HR/Employment Law
• Good working knowledge of Learning and Development especially around managing performance concerns.
• Previous experience in managing staff
• Ability to work alone and prioritise and plan workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good I.T. skills, Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage a varied workload
• Resilience
• Empathetic
• Problem Solving
• Ability to travel to other locations if required
