An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum; our client is currently looking for a Product Data Specialist based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying between £27,200 and £30,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.

The Product Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the necessary administration is completed accurately and on-time allowing newly listed products to be sold from shelf or online.
This will include the completion of Customer New Line Forms (NLFs), ensuring that the relevant data is available internally. There will be close links with Supply Chain Planners, Commercial Executives, and Customer Account Managers. This is a business-critical role, without New Line Forms, products are not listed and therefore not sold.

Responsibilities
Full and accurate completion of standard New Line Forms
Full and accurate completion of non-standard New Line Forms Completion of New Line Forms to include both SAPGDS process and Master Mapping process
Maintenance of SAP GDS Availability Sheets
Accurate completion and maintenance of New Line Form logs

Key deliverables
Provision of up to date, accurate information
Implementation and execution administration completed OTIF

Key experience and qualifications required
Strong Excel skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience in a data focused administration role using Excel
Good attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise and manage workload, delivering to deadlines with accuracy.
Project Management experience would be advantageous
Strong communication and analytical skills required.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with the same care and attention every single time.
