PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

WARWICK

£8.00 - £9.00 PER HOUR

22.5 - 28.5 HOURS PER WEEK

Option 1 (22.5 hours per week - days)

  • Mon, Tues, Wed (10am - 3pm) Saturday (9am-5pm) or
  • Mon, Wed, Fri (10am - 3pm) Saturday (9am-5pm

Option 2 (28.5 hours per week - evenings)

  • Mon - Fri (4pm - 8pm), Saturday (9am - 5pm)

Brief Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join my clients team based in Warwick. My client are a leading international service provider who help to support many well-known brands within the Automotive, Telecommunications, Retail and Beauty industries. This role is working on behalf of a well-known prestigious automobile company and will entail responding to customer complaints via email and over the telephone.

What you'll need:

  • A good background within and strong interest in the customer service industry.
  • Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative.
  • Experience of communicating with a high volume of customers delivering outstanding service.
