£19000 - £21000 per annum + benefits

** A background within service handling e.g: financial services, claims management or any professional background would be a distinct advantage**

Hours of work

Early - 08:00 - 16:30 (1 Hour lunch)

Middle Shift - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 Hour Lunch)

Late - 13:00 - 21:00 (30 min lunch)

Saturday & Sunday ** ONLY 1 WEEKEND IN EVERY 7 WEEKS ** 10:00 - 18:00 (1 Hour Lunch)

The Role

  • Responsible for client experience from 1st contact until signed up and the customer file is transferred to a solicitor.
  • Calling prospective clients as soon as possible and within required service standards
  • Obtaining all relevant case details of prospective new claim.
  • Presenting key information to management in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintain client files and diary tasks using an in-house case management system
  • Working within a team, providing cross-over when necessary to ensure excellent customer service

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in handling customer enquiries on either the telephone or face to face
  • Strong influencing, negotiating and objection handling skills
  • Ability to present relevant information to management clearly
  • Proficiency in handling multiple enquiries
  • Excellent time management to ensurer all enquires are dully pursued
