We have an excellent opportunity for customer focused individuals to work with a prestigious company based in Crewe. As a Service Desk Representative you will be responsible for speaking with customers who are experiencing a variety of IT issues such as password and connectivity problems. This is a 24 /7 operation and you will be required to work shifts patterns covering 40 hours per week. Additional shift allowance is paid outside core hours and for weekend working. There are opportunities to progress into more technical roles within the service desk and also managerial roles too. You will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary of £16,286 pro rata, rising to £16,500 pro rata on successful completion of a 3 month probation period. Along with a generous annual leave entitlement of 33 days per year (pro rata & inclusive of Bank holidays) our client offers free on site parking! Due to the nature of the working environment security checks will be carried out prior to final offer. This will include a check for current bankruptcy notices, County Court Judgements (CCJ's) and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA's) and a criminal record check for unspent convictions.
