Banking & Reconciliations Specialist, €27K/€28K, bonus, benefits, perm, Dublin City Centre
One of Ireland's top Insurance Companies now has a position for a Banking & Reconciliations Specialist
This is a full time, permanent position based in Dublin City Centre.
Salary: €27K - €28K plus bonus, benefits, pension
Monday - Friday: 8.45am - 5.00am.
Job overview:
1 year plus experience in a similar role.
Assist team with uploading daily direct debit files
Authorise direct debit to files
Upload all unpaid DDs to the various systems in a timely manner
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Run necessary reports as scheduled
Follow up on all Direct Debit queries
Assist with downloading monthly bank statements and complete reconciliations
Liaise with other departments for key information
Achieve daily, weekly deadlines
Your Experience:
MS office skills, especially Excel.
1 year plus experience in a similar role
Have very good attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Have good communication skills and work well in a team
Knowledge of SAP system desirable
Experience in insurance, finance, motor or banking would be an advantage
