Your role

You'll give individual advice to customers on everything from wheels to tyres and be the link between our customers and the workshop. You'll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job. Along the way, you'll organise test drives for our technicians, suggest additional products and services to the customer, and make sure all invoicing is shipshape. Each time, you'll look to ensure that the service you provide is everything the customer would expect and more.

Joining us as an Aftersales Advisor, you'll do everything from arranging bookings to planning customer arrival times and carrying out road tests; working closely with the workshop to ensure our customers are always kept up-to-date.

Being part of the team, means you're passionate about our products and helping our customers; from advising them on purchases, or returning their vehicle parts; including wheels, tyres and air conditioning systems; you'll be on the look-out for opportunities to promote and sale our accessories, parts and new vehicles.

You'll help, advise and guide our customers, exceeding their expectations and making exceptional service your mission.

Your profile

You'll be confident with a pleasant manner, have a passion for bikes and someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, BMW Motorrad products and services.

Joining us with experience in a Service Advisor role, you'll be self-confident and thrive in our fast-paced environment. You may already know a thing or two about vehicle parts and servicing; either way, you'll use your proven organisational and prioritisation skills to go the extra mile for our customers.

You won't hesitate to take the initiative and accept ownership of issues, and you'll be passionate about keeping up-to-date with new products and services so you can provide the very best advice.

A motorbike license is essential.
