Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:

Handling all customer queries via a multi channel CRM system in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Working with internal departments and distribution to resolve customer queries.
  • Dealing with deliveries, returns and after sales queries.
  • Ensuring personal Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements are achieved.
  • To comply with company Data Security and PCI regulations.

Your profile as a Customer Service Advisor:

Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and required language (Spanish).

  • Active listening skills/quick comprehension.
  • Proven level of customer service: Ideally within a contact centre environment.
  • Initiative and determination to see things through to completion.
  • Experience of using CRM tools/software (desirable).
  • Familiar with e-commerce and online purchasing.
  • Regular user of the internet and social media.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge and use of MS Office applications.
  • Have a hands-on mentality while being able to flexibly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to describe complex circumstances.
  • Build relationships with the customer whilst empathising with the customer's query.
  • Good conflict resolution skills and independent decision making.
  • Passionate about retail and customer service.
  • A cheerful disposition and a team player.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

  • Saturday 9am - 4pm (required to work every other Saturday)
  • 5 days per week (day off in week if working Saturday)
