Working for a superb marketing agency, in the heart of Ipswich, but with a real London vibe, we are looking for an SEO Strategist to join the team

In this role you will deliver high quality SEO campaigns for clients of all sizes, up to and including some of our clients largest and most technically challenging clients. Taking what can be complex client's requirements and working autonomously to turn them into deliverable search campaigns while exhibiting excellent client management skills.

The role has an element of client facing work, as well as working directly with the client services team to deliver maximum ROI for clients.

Key accountabilities of the role;

  • Responsibility for day to day delivery and management of large scale SEO accounts for our clients
  • Suggesting possible future enhancements to both client projects and wider team processes with the support of the Head of SEO
  • Support the search department's workflow, deputising for senior staff when required
  • Analyse trends and finding insights and actions in the large amounts of data at our disposal
  • Support the client services function with client reporting, statistics and strategic opportunities where required

Details of knowledge, skills and experience required of the role;

  • Ability to deliver successful creative and effective organic search campaigns in highly competitive markets.
  • Extensive experience running organic search campaigns
  • GAIC qualified and able to use analytical skills to perform in-depth technical and competitor audits
  • Extensive SEO experience and all aspects that contribute to a successful SEO campaign
  • Proficiency in Excel to the level of functions, formulas and tables
  • Creative thinking when faced with a problem to identify the issues and suggest actions
  • Understanding of marketing online, and the interplay between various disciplines
