Manpower is currently recruiting for Financial Administrators to join our client based in Slough.

This role will require a candidate who holds a financial background to allow them to complete duties such as analysis of job financial costs, fact finding - the ability to identify and locate incorrect costs, working closely with TM's and internal contractors to discuss job content & expenditure and making sure all costs are on our jobs before preparing required paperwork for refunds, if required.

Skills required:

  • Computer literate (essential)
  • Microsoft programmes - Excel & Outlook (essential)
  • Harmony & PROMIS knowledge (advantage)
  • Communication skills essential to liaise with TM's
  • Basic knowledge of GIS / looking at job plans & documents
  • Confident and have initiative to work alone when required
  • Organised & self-motivated

Working hours are 8:00am to 16:30pm, Monday to Friday. Full training for this position is provided.
