Resourcer

I have an exciting position for a temporary Resourcer to work for a corporate client based in Uxbridge. This Resourcer role is Monday - Friday, salary £10 per hour. If you are a dynamic Resourcer who is passionate about recruitment, then this is the role for you.

As a Resourcer you will be fully responsible for searching for suitable candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques including in-house database, external search engines, referrals and advertising. You will confident meeting targets and liaising with clients on a regular basis.

Key Requirements & Skills

Knowledge of the recruitment industry

Pre-screening candidates on the phone

Develop key internal and external client relationships throughout the entire recruitment life-cycle.

We need someone with excellent communication skills and a team player

Excellent telephone skills

The ability to source via social media, headhunting, advertising & networking

Good time management skills with the ability to multi-tasks
