What does CORE mean, and what do the teams do?
CORE, Centre of Recruiting Excellence, is focussed on providing all aspects of the recruiting process post job registration. We have teams dedicated to sourcing candidates, volume screening, compliance, referencing, audit and out-of-hours services.
Each team is dedicated to a specific task; this means they're subject matter experts and improving the service our candidates and clients receive. It is estimated that in excess of 60% of all candidates that have contact with Manpower UK do so via one of our CORE teams.
