An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation; our client is currently looking for a Brand Manager (Data driven marketing) at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 12 months working 36.25 hour week. The salary is paying between £36,800 up to £50,000 (PAYE) per annum depending on experience.

The team is looking for a highly capable Brand Manager to lead the global marketing acceleration agenda for regenerate (digital first marketing, data driven marketing, performance marketing, precision marketing, growth hacking, new business models, breakthrough product innovation)

Responsibilities

  • The chosen candidate will join a small yet high performing marketing team and will lead activities to unleash, accelerate and fuel disproportional growth for the brand in existing markets by:
    • leveraging data driven marketing / precision marketing / performance marketing activities to design digital first, future forward marketing plans based on hyper-targeting and personalization and will deliver actionable implementation plans in existing / new markets
    • working in close partnership with the global marketing team, the digital team and the cross functional team to ensure new marketing activities will be landing smoothly and quickly across the business

Skills/Experience

  • You have experience in growth hacking / digital first marketing roles in health and beauty brands/organizations
  • You have a successful track record in driving and accelerating growth for small fast growing brands
  • You have a growth mindset and are unafraid to explore new opportunities
  • You are passionate about personal care and beauty trends in general - you understand premium
  • You have a start-up/entrepreneurial drive (can do attitude, driven, independent, results oriented, passionate about hacking growth, not needing to rely on processes to succeed)
  • True team spirit and collaborative mindset, but able to work on an individual basis (no direct reports are foreseen in this role)
  • You like a challenge and want to be part of an exciting, engaged and high performing team who's committed to leave a mark
  • You show initiative, you are ingenious, resourceful and you make things happen, you feel comfortable exploring new spaces and opportunities. You can deliver under pressure in a non-structured, entrepreneurial environment. You act with courage and thrive on holding self and others accountable on delivering stretching targets.
