Wax Injector Machine Operative

Manpower are recruiting for Wax Injector Machine Operative for a long term ongoing assignment with the view to extend or go perm, this position is to start asap .

Pay rate £10.30p/h

Working hours : Shifts, 6-2 and 2-10 Mon to Fri

Main purpose of the job is running of Battenfeld and Modtech wax injection machines. Injecting medical implants, working in a target driven, fast pace, manufacturing environment with high levels of quality control.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Running of multiple wax injection machines
• Programming and Continous Improvement of wax injection programs
• Inspection of own work
• Loading and setting off automated shell line
• Monitoring of automated shell line and topping up required consumables

This list is not exhaustive and you may be required to undertake any other duties that may reasonable be considered appropriate to your role/level.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required

Programming of Motoman robot or similar (Training will be provided)

Experience of similar manufacturing environment

Ability to hit targets in fast pace manufacturing environment

High level of attention to detail with ability follow quality standards
