This includes managing costs, maximising revenues and reducing the risk exposure to the Wind Farm Assets. This role is based in Rainton Bridge, Sunderland.

Main Responsibilities:

*Own and proactively manage the performance of key contracts. Challenge poor performance whilst identifying areas of opportunity.
*Work with the Asset Management team to actively manage contracts with both internal and external suppliers. This includes tracking key dates, administering bonus payments and actively managing contractor performance.
*Working closely with the Legal Department to ensure that all contracts, agreements and other associated documents are efficiently resourced, negotiated, implemented, controlled and maintained.
*Assist the Commercial Manager to negotiate and develop new Asset Management Agreements (AMAs) with external stakeholders, ensuring income and expenditure is administered as per the contract.
