Customer Accounts Advisor

A great opportunity has become available for a Customer Account Advisor to join an innovative and creative company based in Andover!

This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, in which you will take on many responsibilities…these include but aren't limited to;

• Working closely with Sales Teams and Key Contacts to provide seamless customer service experience
• Working with Technical Support Advisors to ensure service levels are met
• Ensuring quotes and orders are processed accurately
• Liaising with contacts to manage paperwork to enable dispatch orders
• Ensuring all equipment contracts are up to date
• Logging all NCRs
• Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys

You will be working in part of a team responsible for all delivery of the customer facing activities, covering all types of orders, contracts and more. You will have day to day responsibility for a number of key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
