Salary: £40k - £50k + Package

Location: London

This fantastic opportunity for a Compliance, safety and training manager has arisen to work for an international ride share company.

Skills required for the job role, Compliance, Safety and Training Manager

• Design, build and implement a fit for purpose Compliance programme in the UK
• Conduct independent monitoring, reviews and investigations into regulatory compliance and map out the risk landscape
• Hold an independent view of the significant compliance risks faced, where those risks could materialise and the appropriate responses to be applied.
• Provide strategic recommendations on addressing any identified issues and ensure timely
• resolution by coordinating with local and centralised teams
• Document and maintain operational and regulatory requirements, including global policies
• and local regulations, working with internal stakeholders such as Trust and Safety.
• Monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of other teams to remain
• abreast of the status of all compliance activities.
• Track and report any breaches; compliance education, complaints and investigations as required.
• Having experience with a start-up business would be highly advantageous for the role.
