Warehouse Operative/ Parcel Sorters -Rotherham , S26

Manpower is currently recruiting for Afternoon and Night Shift Parcel Sorters to join our client, a fast-paced national logistics organisation in Sheffield.

Please note this is FIX term contract for 8 weeks to start on 29.10.2018 with the view to extend.

40 hours per week.

As a Parcel Sorter, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Pick and pack orders, which will include lifting heavy items

. Sort Parcel, Use hand scanners

• Load and unload vehicles
• Ensure scanning compliance of all stock, with accurate use of the hand held terminal
• Keep your work area clean and tidy, and maintain high levels of health and safety
• Using pallet truck

You will be working 5 out of 7 days per week, you need to be flexible as your rota might change weekly.

You`ll also work well in a fast-paced environment as part of a team, and will be driven to achieve the job targets you`re set.

These Warehouse Operative roles involve working:

Night shifts - Sunday to Friday between the hours of 19.00 - 6.30am start times changes depends on work load.

Afternoon shift - Sunday to Friday between the hours of 12.00 - 21.00

Pay for Nights - £9.05

Pay for Afternoons - £8.70
