We are looking for a successful Territory Account Manager who will join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for positioning outcome focussed solutions into the Manufacturing Sector and possess a strong network within Manufacturing and its subsectors within the UK and create value into the sales process for our customers. Also, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the changes underway within the sector and how technology can support Industry 4.0 as we move into the digital age.

This is a home based role with the responsibility for the UK market.


Responsibilities

  • New account acquisition and development aligned with the targets set out in the Mitel Compensation plan
  • Expanding existing accounts within the UK Manufacturing market
  • Be the key driver and accept ownership for bringing opportunities to closure and meeting assigned revenue objectives quarterly
  • Ensure that the benefits of the complete range of Mitel products are understood and communicated at all levels within the accounts
  • Promote Mitel through meetings, presentations and other constant engagement, at the very least, quarterly business reviews for larger existing and potential future large customers
  • Develop and execute on revenue was driven sales strategies and business plans
  • Monitor the market, maintaining an awareness of competitor activity and recommending appropriate counter-measures which will enable Mitel to retain market leadership
  • Plan and implement activities for customer acquisition and customer loyalty
  • Demonstrate Mitel product portfolio
  • Pipeline and forecast management and adherence to cadencies within the role.
  • Work in partnership across overlay teams to ensure Mitel's objectives are met
  • Ensure that the Mitel brand is visible at appropriate customer events, further enhancing the credibility of our solutions and services

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in relationship management and major account management experience in a professional organisation
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to promote and sell the Mitel Networks offer
  • The skill to identify potential wider scope opportunities and bring these deals to closure
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence to the C-Suite level
  • A proven ability to win large, multi-year infrastructure or software projects would be advantageous
  • A strong understanding of Unified Communications and Cloud-based technologies
  • Target drove, possessing passion and a commitment to exceed sales targets, and a proven track record of having done so
  • The ability to manage multiple, ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Experience in structured sales techniques spanning the entire sales cycle
  • Self-driven, motivated, high work rate and able to work remotely
