Job Details
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client is currently looking for a Talent and Resourcing Advisor based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role for up to 3 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying a maximum of £38,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
The Talent and Resourcing Advisor is in charge of delivering a best in class recruiting experience to Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle.
They provide strategic support to the Hiring Manager and help deliver a great candidate experience.
They triage resourcing needs and advise appropriate sourcing channels across early career, entry-level and mid-career permanent and contingent workforce.
Key customers are candidates, Hiring Managers and HR.
JOB SUMMARY
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and partnerships for live roles, including:
Understanding Needs
- Docking in with the Talent & Resourcing Lead and relevant business lead to understand the talent strategy
- Attending relevant forums to understand the internal talent landscape and who key internal talent is
- Staying connected in the external market to develop insights and understand the talent landscape
Advisory Meetings & Briefings:
- Leading advisory meetings with Hiring Manager and HR to triage resourcing needs where there is no internal succession plan.
- Providing insights to help determine best resourcing channels
- Consulting on most effective talent solutions across early careers, mid careers and contingent and docking managers and HR into the right channel.
Sourcing:
- Utilising sourcing tools to source the best talent
- Managing end-to-end talent relationship management
- Translating and adhere to the Employer brand global/regional strategy
Screening & Selection:
- Utilising digital screening tools to create shortlists of the best talent against demands
- Providing shortlists of best internal and external talent
- Co-ordinating interviews
Managing Offers:
- Negotiating and managing verbal offers with candidates
On-Boarding:
- Managing the on-boarding process for new joiners
General:
- Accountable for speed, cost and experience through the recruitment cycle
- Conducting ongoing recruitment drives
- Continuously meeting with hiring managers to understand the candidate feedback and discuss any change in strategy
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Skills
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid customer service and relationship management skills
- Solid experience in recruitment is required
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Experience
- Relevant recruitment experience in a fast paced inhouse environment
- Ability to recruit at various levels
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.)
- Taleo experience is very useful
